In the expansive canvas of America, I saw an opportunity—a chance to make an imprint, to tell stories that mattered.
As a filmmaker, I've always believed in the transformative power of narratives. So, when I began my journey in the U.S. non-profit and advocacy space, it was with the singular vision of using my craft to champion the right causes, to voice stories that could enact positive change.
Over the years, I’ve had the honor of collaborating with renowned clients, each project building on the last, propelling me forward in my mission.
Milestones
Among the milestones that stand out, working as part of now VP Kamala Harris' presidential campaign holds a special place. I was entrusted to capture the essence of her campaign, through both photo and video, preserving moments that would go down in history. The Emmy-nominated TV ads I created for the New Jersey Department of Health's COVID vaccine campaign further solidified my belief in the impact of storytelling. And my collaboration with the US Department of State's Foreign Press Center, where I worked as a producer welcoming journalists globally, was a testament to my commitment to promoting free press and spotlighting stories with worldwide repercussions.
Yet, 2021 marked a transformative moment. Inspired by past endeavors and driven by the promise of what lay ahead, I established Adill Productions. My dream? To usher in a new era of advocacy storytelling—one that was audacious, unique, and impactful. I envisioned Adill Productions as a beacon in the advocacy realm, leveraging cinematic vision and unparalleled production value. While big brand commercials often showcase high-end visuals and impactful tales, I wanted that same essence in the advocacy space. Why?
